RoofingEye provides lead intelligence, storm data, canvassing, photo documentation, and job-management tools for roofing businesses. Subscriptions are per-company with seat limits by tier; trials are time-limited and usage-metered.
You are responsible for your team's use of the app, for complying with local solicitation ordinances and do-not-knock rules when canvassing, and for verifying roof dimensions and material quantities on site before ordering materials or contracting work. Storm and forecast data are informational and carry no warranty.
Your company's business records remain yours. You grant us the license needed to host and process them to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
No reselling or bulk-exporting the property datasets, no scraping, no use of the service to violate law (including telemarketing/solicitation rules), no attempting to access another company's data.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of business decisions made using the service.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period. Any user may delete their own account in the app (Account → Delete account). When an owner deletes their account the company is suspended and the 90-day deletion window described in the Privacy Policy begins. Cancelling a subscription happens in the App Store, not in RoofingEye. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
